The NextGen AVolution Home features many of the leaders in the Audio-Video and communications industry. AVolution is a broad multiyear awareness campaign sponsored by the International Communications Industries Association, Inc.®
(ICIA®) and its members, which include manufacturers, dealers, integrators, consultants
and rental and staging companies as well as presentations professionals.
InfoComm has invited CEDIA to present several presentations related to residential connected home technology at its 2005 Conference and a Residential Pavilion is located on the show floor for the first time.
The NextGen Home will serve three purposes: A showcase for InfoComm's AVolution campaign, an extension of the Residential Pavilion and the site for InfoComm's ICTV studio.
The NextGen Home will feature a full range of Microsoft Media Center home control solutions from Exceptional Innovation and several surprises, such as: the disappearing plasma screen from Reversica (from bookcase to plasma screen and back in seconds) an Internet refrigerated oven, affordable connected technologies from the Z-Wave Alliance, a wide variety of audio-video applications and state of the art design idea center.

iShow to Donate NextGen Home to Las Vegas Charity
iShow.com, producer of the NextGen Demonstration Home Series announces that it will donate its Las Vegas NextGen Home to Opportunity Village. iShow would like to thank All American Homes and each of the participants involved with the NextGen Home for their product contribution. Opportunity Village is a Las Vegas-based, not-for-profit agency that serves people with intellectual disabilities to improve the quality of their lives and the lives of their families.
