Located in the outdoor exhibit area of West Lot 1, Booth P2, the NextGen Home is a prototype model for the NextGen Lifestyle Series of Homes (Companion Series). Designed by the nationally recognized Martin Architectural Group's, Green Studio the home will showcase an "interlocking architecture" approach to modular homes www.nextgenhome.com. These small footprint homes are designed to give home buyers the opportunity to easily choose their floor plans and an elevation that meets their needs. Each home will be energy efficient, green and have the flexibility to "interlock" additional rooms into the floor plan in the future.

This 10^th Anniversary NextGen IBS Home is designed to meet the building standards of the Building America program of the U.S. DOE and will have a number of products being introduced for the first time to the builder-remodeler market including the Philips "L" Prize light LED light bulb and the SEISCO latest generation point of use digital tankless water heater.
