BrownStone Builders & Associates has partnered with iShow to bring the NextGen Certified Program to reality. NextGen certifies each home and community based on a foundation of standards established by five independent accrediting organizations:
- Institute for Business & Home Safety(IBHS)
- Partnership for Advancing Technology in Housing(PATH)
- US Green Building Council LEED Program
- Department of Energy
- Consumer Electronics Association
This program specifies rigorous criteria for products, building techniques and use of technology that establish NextGen Certified homes and communities as the most desirable properties available in the market today. Homeowners can be confident that their home and community have been built to a higher standard. BrownStone Builders’ homes are built to sustain a Category 5 storm. Renowned architects have designed the homes, encompassing old world charm and state of the art products and building techniques. The communities enhance an eco-friendly environment, preserving natural landscapes and vegetation. The benefits of a sustainable, structurally sound, safer, hurricane-protected, and more energy efficient home will withstand the test of time and provide a superior return on investment.
Currently, BrownStone Builders has two NextGen Certified communities established in Florida. South of Tampa, Porte de la Mer is an enchanting waterfront community capturing the unique majestic quality of European seaside elegance; this 46 home private gated community will feature four home styles, ten community boat slips and five waterfront homes with private docks. Our Equestrian Estate Community just north of Orlando will feature a world class indoor/outdoor riding arena, Category 5 storm-rated stables and over 80 acres of pastures, walking and riding trails; this 750 home community will provide a variety of homes sites from luxurious estate homes to exquisite executive homes and a town center.
