"DIGITAL LIFESTYLES" DEMONSTRATION HOME ONLY ONE OF ITS KIND AT THE WORLD'S LARGEST CONSUMER TECHNOLOGY SHOW

LAS VEGAS – JANUARY 7, 2008 --- Today marks the official opening of the International CES™ (Consumer Electronics Show), the world's largest annual tradeshow for consumer technology. Home of the debut of technological revolutions from the VCR to the Blu-Ray DVD, CES is the place where technophiles from around the globe gather to gaze into the future.

Of the 2,700 exhibitors displaying at the show – held this year at the Las Vegas Convention Center, January 7-10, 2008 – only one will offer the more than 140,000 expected attendees the chance to experience the latest trends in digital living within an actual 2,000 square-foot finished home, constructed right on the show floor.

The 2008 "Digital Lifestyles” Home
The NextGen "Digital Lifestyles” home, presented by Life|ware™, not only features the hottest products on the market from industry-leading vendors like Intel, Microsoft, HP, Klipsch and Lutron, it demonstrates how one affordable, intuitive software can integrate every piece of technology within a home – providing a homeowner with seamless control over everything from lighting and security to climate and digital entertainment from a Life|media Server, Digital Entertainment Center, Xbox 360™ video game system or any of the high definition touch panels installed throughout the home.

The home is a project of iShow.com, producers of the NextGen Home Experience. Onsite at large trade shows like the annual Consumer Electronics Show and International Builders Show, full sized homes are constructed to allow consumers and Industry professionals the chance to not only learn about the latest and greatest innovations, but experience all of the technologies as they are meant to be experienced, as components that work seamlessly together in a finished home – a NextGen home.

Just a few highlights of the home include:
  • Software that allows a user to create customized programs – for instance, when the front door is locked, the blinds are lowered, security system turned on and any desired interior lights are turned off.
  • The next revolution in home security, lighting and entertainment
  • The Starry Night Sleep Technology System – featuring the first bed to encompass dual temperature controls, body movement and breathing pattern monitoring and anti-snore technology, resulting in the ultimate sleeping environment.
"The ‘Digital Lifestyles' home is all about letting consumers know about - and experience for themselves - the amazing and affordable technologies that are available to them right now,” notes Paul Barnett, president of iShow.
