LEARN ABOUT MODULAR HOMEBUILDING’S ADVANCES & FLEX HOME DESIGN

The NextGen Flex Home was built by Champion Homes, one of the nation’s largest modular homebuilders featuring the “Go House” concept. Now home buyers can easily design and customize their own green home from the ground up anywhere in the country and own a home that can often be built and installed in less than 90 days.

VIEW INDUSTRY LEADERS FEATURING THEIR NEXT GENERATION PRODUCTS

It wouldn’t be a NextGen Home unless it featured next generation building products and this year we have a record number including: What it takes to make a “Builders Challenge” Home; what the state of the art garage offers, presented by Craftsman; the 2010 winners of the “Lighting for Tomorrow” contest; and a presentation of new products from DuPont, DECRA, Danze and many more surprises.

LEARN ABOUT FLEX HOME UNIVERSAL & ACCESSIBLE DESIGN & THE HOME DONATION TO AN INJURED VETERAN

The NextGen Home at the 2011 International Builders’ Show, built by Champion Homes with the support of all NextGen sponsors, will be donated to the non profit organization “Rebuilding Together” in co-operation with Sears “Heroes at Home”.

The end recipient of the NextGen Home will be U.S. National Guard and Army Veteran Waldemar Alameda, 39 years of age and his family located in Tampa, Florida. The Alameda family includes Waldemar, his wife and two children, a son 12 and a daughter 11. They reside in Tampa to be near the local VA trauma facility.

On behalf of the NextGen Home Experience, our Builder Champion Homes and all of our sponsor participants, it is our privilege to donate our 2011 International Builders’ Show Home to the Alameda family.
